Delete your Geb AI account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this — pick whichever works for you.
Option 1 — Delete from your profile (recommended)
If you can sign in, the fastest way is from inside the app. Open your Profile, scroll to the Danger zone, and follow the deletion confirmation. The deletion happens immediately and you'll be signed out.

If you can't sign in (lost access to your account, no longer have the device, etc.), email our support team. Include the email address you registered with so we can verify your identity. We'll process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, name, country, locale preference)
- All your chats and projects
- Every message you sent and every reply Geb AI generated for you
- Files, images, and videos you uploaded
- Your referral code and referral history
- Personal usage statistics (token counts, message counts, image/video credit balances)
What we keep, and why
A small set of records is kept after account deletion when we are legally required to do so:
- Stripe payment records (transactions, invoices, refunds) — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance, with your name pseudonymised after account deletion
- Legal hold records — anything we are explicitly ordered to preserve by court or regulator
- Aggregated, anonymised security logs (e.g. IP rate-limit counters) — retained no longer than 90 days and contain no personal identifiers
How long does it take
From the profile-deletion path: immediate. From the email path: within 7 business days of receiving your request from a verified email address. After deletion you will receive a final confirmation email and your account is permanently unrecoverable.
